OWNER/LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. A structural draft. Terms form the contract with your customers and interact with consumer law in every member state you sell into. They must be completed and reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.
Who these terms are between
These terms govern sales between REGISTERED ENTITY TO BE CONFIRMED and you. Placing an order means accepting them.
Eligibility
You must be of the minimum age for the goods in your member state. Restricted goods are sold only to holders of a valid national firearms permit that covers the item, verified by us before dispatch. Giving false permit information is a criminal matter, not a contractual one.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer. A contract forms when we accept it, not when you pay. We may decline any order, and we will decline one where permit verification fails, where the required transfer authorisation is refused, or where we cannot lawfully supply into your country.
Price and VAT
Prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the rate of your delivery country, as EU consumer price rules require. Where a price is obviously wrong we will contact you rather than silently cancel or silently charge.
Delivery and transfer
Unrestricted goods ship on ordinary carriers. Restricted goods dispatch only once permit verification and, where a border is crossed, authorisation from both member states are complete. That takes longer than a parcel and we will tell you where your order stands.
Withdrawal and returns
Set out on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Accuracy
We take care that specifications are accurate to the manufacturer’s published data. Manufacturers change specifications without notice. Where a detail matters to your decision, confirm it with us before ordering.
Liability
LIABILITY PROVISIONS REQUIRED. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, nor does it affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION REQUIRED. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply regardless.
