The laminate stock and varmint barrel create a nicely balanced outfit. Straight pull rifles are quicker to operate than traditional bolt action rifles, with practice a shooter can typically get three accurate shots off with a straight pull rifle to two accurate shots using a bolt action. A straight pull rifle is ideal for someone who wants the accuracy of a bolt action but requires a bit more speed.
