Beretta introduces a new version of the legendary A400 12ga semi-automatic shotgun. Based on the B-link gas operating system, the A400L is designed for those who practice clay pigeon shooting and ensures 36% faster follow-up shots than competitor shotguns. It is now available with 71-, 76- and 81-centimeter barrels.
Beretta’s iconic semi-automatic platform comes in a stunning clay target shooting edition, combining the performance and speed of the A400 with unmistakable design and typical Italian attention to detail. The A400L, an elegant version of the Beretta A400 Xcel Sporting, features exclusive and eye-catching engravings, combined with highly figured European walnut wood for the redesigned fore-end and stock. This is complemented by DLC-finished components to provide further friction reduction, increased durability and a contemporary touch.
The A400L incorporates the renowned ballistics of Beretta Steelium Plus barrels with progressive triple forcing cone (up to 320 mm) for optimum terminal energy, enhanced recoil mitigation and uniform, dense and more effective shot patterns with all types of ammunition.
The tried-and-tested B-Link gas operating system provides 36% faster follow-up shots and enhanced stability, comfort and control for faster target acquisition, while the aluminium trigger group delivers a lighter, crispier pull and shorter reset.
Its sleek lines, elaborate full receiver engraving, Steelium Plus barrel and superior ergonomics are designed with one goal in mind: naturally following your eye to the target, while competition eyes your shotgun.
